By using sotierlist.com you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose: keep it civil, don't break the law, and we'll do our best to keep the site running and your data safe.
Acceptable use
You can use SoTierList for personal or commercial projects. Things that will get your access revoked:
- Hosting illegal content, hate speech, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
- Using the public share view to spread spam, phishing or malware.
- Attempting to scrape, DDoS or otherwise abuse our infrastructure.
Your content
You own everything you create here — your tier lists, images, notes, tags. We don't claim any rights over your content. By sharing a public link, you're just making it readable to anyone who has that link.
Pro purchases
The Pro plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks watermark removal, ad-free browsing, high-resolution exports and priority support.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us.
- "Lifetime" means as long as sotierlist.com exists. If we ever shut down, we'll give you a way to export your data first.
Availability
We do our best to keep the site online but can't promise zero downtime. The editor is local-first so most features work even if our servers don't.
Liability
SoTierList is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages, lost lists due to you clearing your browser, or hurt feelings from someone ranking your favorite pizza topping in F tier.
Changes
If we update these terms in a way that affects you, we'll let active Pro users know by email. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
